West Brom totally pawned Manchester United but still lose on New Year's Day match!

Final score,

West Bromwich Albion 1 Manchester United 2

I just came back from watching the most nonsensical match ever. Manchester United totally won because they were lucky. West Brom was dominating the game.

Manchester United open scoring by an early goal from Wayne Rooney in the 3rd minute. It was a clean header.

14 minutes later, West Brom drew level with a fantastic goal from James Morrison. I almost jump out of my seat when I saw the goal. It was really good. An awesome first timer outswing.

In the 1st half, West Brom claimed for a penalty in which were not given by the referee. In this case, I kinda agree with the referee because I think Gary Neville didn't really intend to tackle Dorrans. Maybe he just acted out as if he wanted to tackle to scare Dorrans and well, as any football player, if such things were to happen, they will "automatically" fall down and claim for a penalty. Well, that's just my opinion. You can ignore it.

In the 2nd half, West Brom got their penalty in the 62nd minute when Ferdinand brought down Thomas in the box. At that moment, I was like at last West Brom is going to lead after dominating the game for an hour! But then again, the Devils was really lucky. Odemwingie's penalty was pathetic. It was totally a missed kick. It went super wide!

Ish...after that, there were a series of attack by West Brom but non went in.

In the 75th minute, the lucky Devils got their winning goal with a header from Hernandez.

The last 15 minutes was just filled with attacked from West Brom. Even during the 5 minutes of added time, West Brom just couldn't get enough luck to battle Manchester United.

I felt sorry for West Brom.

Anyway, just for your info, I'm a Manchester United fan but I would like to see them win in style and not by luck!
